Should you see a bead or jewelry piece you like, please either e-mail me or call so we can discuss your needs. Custom orders are always welcome. A 50% deposit is required prior to my starting on you custom order with the remainder due upon completion. Upon receipt of final payment your order will be sent within 48 hours. And as I am working on your custom order I will periodically send you a photo via e-mail.

Privacy Statement Designing Muse does not share any personal information gathered during a business transaction with third parties without our permission except when required by law or to assure delivery of your order. Your name and address is only supplied to the shipping carrier on the shipping label.
On occasion postcards will be sent out to let you know what I have been making or letting you know where I will be exhibiting my work or teaching a class. E-mails might also be sent out to keep you up to date on my current work.
Payment & Shipping Cash or credit card payments via PayPal are the preferred method of payment. Orders paid with PayPal must b sent to a confirmed PayPal account address per PayPal's Seller Protection Policy.
Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail within the USA Currently unable to ship Internationally.
Returns To return an item you are not completely happy with, you will have to contact Designing Muse (please see contact information) within 10 days of receipt of the item to receive a return confirmation number. The item should be repackaged securely in the condition it was received with a copy of your receipt and the return confirmation number. You will receive a full refund minus any shipping and handling cost if applicable.
